Terms of Use for Neondots Ads Reporting

Scope

Neondots Ads Reporting is an internal tool operated by Neondots Digital Communications (PTY) LTD. Its use is limited to authorized Neondots employees and contractors.

Authorized Account Access

Users may connect only Google Ads accounts that they are authorized to access or for which the account owner has appointed Neondots to perform the relevant work.

Functionality

The tool supports analysis, diagnostics and reporting. Automatically generated findings and recommendations must be professionally reviewed before any business or technical action is taken. The tool does not independently change campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, audiences or account settings.

Secure Use

Credentials, OAuth tokens and other authorization records must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. The tool must not be used for unlawful, misleading or unauthorized purposes.

Availability and Access

Neondots may restrict or terminate access for security, compliance or operational reasons. Google permissions can be revoked at any time through the connected Google account.
